Kartik Bhambri is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with a strong professional track record focused on statutory audits, tax audits, internal financial controls (ICoFR), accounting advisory, and corporate financial reporting across diverse industries.

He currently manages his independent practice, where he leads various complex corporate audit and assurance engagements, including the comprehensive trade payables audit for a major State Government Undertaking with a turnover of ₹10,609 Crore. His independent practice also extends to providing outsourced financial controllership for SMEs, monthly corporate tax compliances, purchase register cross-validations, and custom MIS tracking development, directly strengthening the overall financial governance and cost efficiency of his clients.

Prior Experience

Prior to establishing his practice, he worked with Nangia & Co. LLP, where he gained extensive, hands-on experience in corporate audits and assurance. During his tenure, he successfully managed and delivered multiple audit assignments, including directing complete cross-border IFRS audit operations and limited reviews for international India Project Offices in the Oil & Gas sector.

His corporate track record includes preparing dynamic Ind AS and SEBI-compliant financial statements for critical capital market assignments—such as a prominent Mumbai-based hospitality company's relisting project—as well as developing actual-vs-budget models and financial book closures for flagship highway infrastructure special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
