About the Founder
CA Kartik Bhambri, ACA is the Founder of Kartik Bhambri & Associates. Having prior experience with Nangia & Co. LLP, he has gained extensive, hands-on experience in corporate audits, statutory audits, tax audits, financial reporting, internal financial controls (ICoFR), accounting advisory, and regulatory compliance.
His corporate track record includes leading complex corporate audit and assurance engagements—such as the comprehensive trade payables audit for a major State Government Undertaking with a turnover of ₹10,609 Crore, preparing dynamic Ind AS and SEBI-compliant financial statements for a prominent Mumbai-based hospitality company's relisting project, and developing actual-vs-budget models for flagship highway infrastructure special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
